The heavy duty sump pump is a centrifugal pump whose vertical axis is mainly composed of a suction filter, an impeller and a pump body. The suction filter has the function of delivering fluid to the impeller inlet in harmony without vortex and speed levels. Open impellers that are usually coated with abrasion-resistant elastomers can also be made from other materials as needed. The impeller is hydraulically and dynamically balanced, and the blade profile is designed to provide high performance. The heavy duty sump pump body is made of high-quality cast iron, completely covering the elastomer. The shaft consists of a single part. Even after a long period of operation and maximum safety, the connector with special structure can be easily removed. The shaft is guided by rolling bearings and is mounted in a special bracket made of high-quality cast iron. The motor frame is a one-piece unit with a pump bracket and has a large window to access the coupling.
