First open the casing of the electric centrifugal clear water pumps, clean the air pump casing with air source, check the casing cushion for appearance, and there should be no obvious damage such as crack scratches. Otherwise, it should be replaced. The appearance of the pump casing should be free from deformation and crack. Should be clean, no damage, no scratches, otherwise it should be repaired or replaced.
Be careful not to injure the maintenance personnel when cleaning the body of the electric centrifugal clear water pumps. If the welding repairing pump body should be equipped with fire-fighting measures, prevent fire cleaning and check the rotor parts, clean the rotor parts, use non-flammable cleaning agent to prevent fire.
Check that the shaft of the electric centrifugal clear water pump should be free of scratches, napping or corrosion. The key and keyway should be matched with tight pump shaft bending and can be straightened. Surface damage or corrosion can be repaired or replaced.
Check the impeller, impeller corrosion, wear and cavitation should not exceed the standard. If cracks, damage and deformation are found, the new impeller must be replaced and the impeller ring and casing ring should be inspected. The surface of the inspection ring should be smooth and free of obvious deformation, corrosion and defects. Otherwise, it should be repaired or replaced. Check the gap of the measuring ring. And compared with the standard value, if it does not meet the requirements for repair.
