The diamond concentrate slurry pump is a standard heavy-duty slurry pump that is suitable for heavy-duty applications, ensuring a long service life.It is widely used in sand works, heavy mineral processing, mineral recycling and chemical processing plants, circulating washing plants, sand works.
Application Range
Size: 1" - 18" (25-450mm)
Flow Rate: 4-5400m3/h
Total Head: 5-75m
Installation Types of Diamond Concentrate Slurry Pump
DC type: The output shaft of the motor is directly connected to the input shaft of the pump through a pump coupler. This connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as the speed of the motor.
Type CV: The tailings treatment slurry pump is driven by a belt connected to the engine crankshaft. This connection is not only saves space, but also easy to install. Moreover it allows fast adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is fixed on a motor support frame, which is located on a bearing seat above the slurry pump.
ZV type:If you want to easily adjust the pumping speed,ZV type is best. The motor is directly fixed on the bearing seat. This installation method is suitable for motors with higher horsepower than CV installation method. Because the motor is mounted on a bearing bracket, this method helps save installation space.
CR type: This belt drive makes it easier to adjust the pumping speed. This installation allows the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground. The motor is mounted on the side of the pump. This installation method is suitable for high-power motors.
Advantages of Diamond Concentrate Slurry Pump:
The optimized structure is suitable for heavy-duty applications, ensuring longevity and service life. The double casing design of the diamond concentrate slurry pump allows axial splitting. The pump casing is made of nodular cast iron and can withstand the main pressure generated in the pump chamber. The lining is made of abrasion-resistant material and does not stick to the shell, making it easy to maintain and replace.
The diamond concentrate slurry pump body of the coarse mortar pump is fixed on the pump base or the base by a plurality of bolts. Below the housing, the user can easily adjust the gap between the impeller and the suction cup.
Packing seals, mechanical seals and centrifugal seals prevent mud leakage during pumping. Hydraulic modeling wet-end parts are made of hard metal, rubber or polyurethane. They maintain good hydraulic performance even if the pumps are heavily worn. This helps the diamond concentrate slurry pump reach the optimal level of pumping efficiency over a longer period of time. Coarse mortar pumps are available in a variety of impeller designs for a variety of pumping applications.
