Crusher wear liners

Crusher wear liners, also known as crusher replacement parts or crusher spare parts, are the main replacement parts and main wear parts of the crusher. Wear liners need to be changed and repaired periodically. A rock crusher such as a cone crusher contains a hardened tapered insert in the manganese or other wear resistant liner of at least one of its crushing elements. The insert extends outwardly from the fracture surface of the crushing element toward the facing fracture surface for use as a digging shaft that, in use, primarily breaks the rock by impact rather than by compressing the rock. The blade is secured in a heat treated manganese wear liner by bonding or press fitting.
