Chemical pumps are widely used. Usually we can see the use of chemical pumps in chemical, petroleum, construction, environmental protection, food, medicine and other industries. The chemical pumps have the advantages of stable and reliable performance, good sealing performance, beautiful appearance, convenient use and maintenance, etc. It plays a great role for improving product quality, reducing running, spilling, dripping and leakage, preventing pollution, and improving the environment.

Daily inspection:

✔ Whether the vibration of the chemical pump great.

✔ Whether there is any deformation, change, leakage, blockage, etc.

✔ In the daily inspection, everyone should fully control the operation of the chemical pump and test the instrument.

✔Is there any abnormal sound in each part, such as crashing sound, breaking sound, rubbing sound, etc.

✔Check whether the pressure, current, voltage, flow, and temperature indicated by each part of the instrument are normal.

Regular maintenance:

1. Regularly add and replenish lubricating oil for the internal rotating shaft of the chemical pump, which is an important method to reduce the friction of parts and improve work efficiency.

2. Clean the chemical pump regularly. If the chemical pump is not used for a long time, we need to disassemble the chemical pump for cleaning to avoid the dust layer and impurities entering the chemical pump and affecting the use of the chemical pump.

3. After the chemical pump is used, we must first close the gate valve and pressure gauge of the chemical pump, and then stop the operation of the motor.

4. egularly adjust the packing gland. The dripping condition of the packing cover is an important indicator of the normal operation of the chemical pump, so we must make regular adjustments and standardize the production and processing.
