The materials:
At present, the popular materials of wetted pump parts is MR55, MR26 and MR33 with wear-resistance, anti-corrosive and long service life. And some other rubber materials we can make according to clients requirements.
MR55-Anti thermal natural rubber, it is a black, anti-corrosion natural rubber. It has super erosion resistance to all other materials in fine particle slurry applications.
MR26-Anti thermal, breakdown rubber. It is a black, soft natural rubber. It has superior erosion resistance to all other materials in fine particle slurry applications. Optimized to improve storage life and reduce degradation during use. The high erosion resistance of MR26 is provided by the combination of its high resilience, high tensile strength and low shore hardness.
MR33- Natural rubber. It is a premium grade black natural rubber of low hardness and is used for cyclone and pump liners and impellers where its superior physical properties give increased cut resistance to hard, sharp slurries.
The Applications:
Rubber pump parts are widely used for delivering small particle and no edges. It can service the acid fluid.
